Please, no e-scooters as they are generally illegal to ride on the roads (sorry all vehicles must be road legal, meaning MOT & Taxed / VED paid!).

Welcome packs will be sent out to the early bird registrants on Wednesday evening, 24th of September with the Site Plan, map with instructions on which way to approach the event correctly, which gates to line up for, etc – anyone else we will send just after ticket 🎫 purchase .
We will meet at a location quite nearby, get lined up in the order in which we will be parked up, and then convoy over together, in radio communication so when we arrive we can all enter together and make it much easier on the Event Organisers, plus it’s just going to look cool – 20 BEVs all showing up at the same time…
Rob, Mehvish & Dolly the Devil will lead the way in Flora the eBerlingo eXpLorer Support Vehicle, followed by the other 19 entrants (or 29 if we get approval…). Once on site Rob will park Flora somewhere out of the way and start unloading the “Gear” like the Gazebo, tables, chairs, banners, and so on. Mehvish & Dolly are to supervise, whilst Rob will be relying on David, Nick, Richard and others to assist in ensuring everyone is able to safely, and nicely parked up in their assigned spaces for the best “visual effect” of the display area.
We are now officially doing a synchronised Telsa show, considering we have MT3UK there + now have two Model X’s as well as a host of other Telsas that can show off for the crowd – and have special permission to play it at a decent volumefrom the organisers as part of “the organised show”!!

Our show site is FULL to each corner with some of the BEST cars around from just down the road to those travelling down from Scotland or across from Isle of Wight & even further.
Showcasing motorsports, by displays of drift cars to drag strip cars…We’ve got it!
It’s not all about the cars though at the show we have a mixed selection of trade Stalls, Local Charities, displays, with lots to see at Lancing Motor Show, A great day out to be had by all.
